【摘要】：目的探討成人椎管內(nèi)先天性腫瘤的臨床特點及手術治療方法。方法回顧性分析2006年1月至2014年12月手術治療的48例成人椎管內(nèi)先天性腫瘤的臨床資料。結(jié)果腫瘤全切除11例,大部分切除21例,部分切除16例;無手術死亡病例。術后病理結(jié)果顯示(表)皮樣囊腫20例,脂肪瘤13例,畸胎瘤10例,支氣管源性囊腫3例,腸源性囊腫2例。43例術后隨訪1~6年,平均2.8年;2例皮樣囊腫復發(fā),二次手術切除;25例癥狀改善,15例穩(wěn)定,3例惡化。結(jié)論對成人椎管內(nèi)先天性腫瘤,手術不能強求腫瘤的全切,需盡量保護神經(jīng)功能和維護脊柱穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment of congenital tumors in the spinal canal in adults. Methods the clinical data of 48 patients with congenital tumors in the spinal canal were retrospectively analyzed from January 2006 to December 2014. Results there were 11 cases of total tumor resection, 21 cases of partial resection and 21 cases of partial resection. The pathological results showed that 20 cases of dermoid cyst, 13 cases of lipoma, 10 cases of teratoma, 3 cases of bronchogenic cyst and 2 cases of enterogenous cyst. 43 cases were followed up for 1 ~ 6 years (mean 2.8 years). Recurrence of dermoid cysts occurred in 2 cases, secondary surgical resection in 25 cases, stable in 15 cases and deterioration in 3 cases. Conclusion for the congenital tumors in the spinal canal of adults, the operation should protect the nerve function and maintain the stability of the spine.
