【摘要】：正目前,帶狀皰疹的發(fā)病率明顯增高,合并神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥的病例也逐年增加。成人帶狀皰疹病毒感染可累及周圍和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),造成多種并發(fā)癥,如Ramsay Hunt綜合征、腦膜炎、腦炎、脊髓炎等。臨床考慮為帶狀皰疹性腦炎者較多,經(jīng)影像學(xué)證實(shí)顱內(nèi)有病灶的較少,而同時(shí)累及顱神經(jīng)導(dǎo)致Ramsay Hunt綜合征、累及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致腦干、小腦炎者更少,鮮有報(bào)道。本文將對(duì)1例Ramsay Hunt綜合征合并腦干、小腦橋臂的腦炎病例進(jìn)行報(bào)道。
[Abstract]:At present, the incidence of herpes zoster is significantly increased, and the incidence of complications of nervous system is increasing year by year. Adult herpes zoster virus infection can involve the peripheral and central nervous system, resulting in many complications, such as Ramsay Hunt syndrome, meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis and so on. The clinical consideration was that herpes zoster encephalitis was more common, and there were fewer lesions in the brain confirmed by imaging, while the cranial nerves were involved in the Ramsay Hunt syndrome, the central nervous system was involved in the brain stem, and the cerebellar encephalitis was less reported. A case of Ramsay Hunt syndrome with brainstem and cerebellopontine arm encephalitis was reported.
