【摘要】：目的結(jié)合基因型檢測(cè)及藥物相互作用分析,為患者提供合理的治療方案。方法臨床藥師通過參與1例癲癇患者重癥藥疹的治療過程,分析重癥藥疹的原因,結(jié)合抗癲癇藥基因檢測(cè)結(jié)果,提示臨床醫(yī)師合理使用抗癲癇藥。結(jié)果與結(jié)論患者病情好轉(zhuǎn)出院。臨床可結(jié)合患者疾病、用藥、基因型等因素,提高治療的有效性和安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a reasonable treatment scheme for patients by genotype detection and drug interaction analysis. Methods by taking part in the treatment of severe drug eruption in one case of epilepsy, the clinical pharmacists analyzed the causes of severe drug eruption, and combined with the results of gene detection of antiepileptic drugs, it was suggested that the clinicians should use antiepileptic drugs reasonably. Results and conclusion the patients were discharged from hospital. Clinical treatment can be combined with disease, medication, genotype and other factors to improve the efficacy and safety of treatment.
