【摘要】：【目的】探討2型糖尿病患者體質(zhì)指數(shù)與腦血管病的相關(guān)性，，評估肥胖型2型糖尿病腦血管病變的高危因素，更好的預(yù)防腦血管疾病的發(fā)生。 【方法】選擇無錫市人民醫(yī)院2011年-2013年住院的2型糖尿病患者91例，根據(jù)體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)分為超重/肥胖組(BMI≥25kg/m2)和正常體重組(18.5kg/m2BMI25kg/m2)，對這些患者檢查頭顱CT、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）、收縮壓（SBP）、舒張壓（DBP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小時血糖(2hPBG)、C肽釋放試驗(yàn)、頸動脈超聲，采用相關(guān)系數(shù)分析數(shù)據(jù)與BMI關(guān)系，采用Logistic回歸模型分析與腦血管病的關(guān)系。 【結(jié)果】對所有個體指標(biāo)與BMI進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn)TC、TG、SBP、DBP、空腹C肽、右側(cè)頸動脈IMT與BMI呈顯著正相關(guān)（P值均0.05）；Logistic回歸模型分析得出BMI、年齡與腦血管病關(guān)系密切。 【結(jié)論】肥胖型2型糖尿病患者較非肥胖型2型糖尿病患者更易發(fā)生腦血管病變，BMI是腦血管病變的高危因素。
