【摘要】：目的探討急性丘腦卒中患者認(rèn)知功能障礙的特點(diǎn)及其與血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的關(guān)系。方法隨機(jī)選取滿(mǎn)足入組條件的急性丘腦卒中患者(包括缺血性和出血性卒中)30例作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,30例健康成人作為對(duì)照組,分別用簡(jiǎn)易智能狀況測(cè)試(MMSE)及蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評(píng)估量表(MoCA)評(píng)估兩組受試者的總體認(rèn)知功能,并進(jìn)行Hcy測(cè)定,對(duì)所測(cè)定的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果急性丘腦卒中的患者總體認(rèn)知功能、視空間功能、執(zhí)行功能及記憶功能存在明顯損害(P0.05),急性丘腦卒中組血漿Hcy水平明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論急性丘腦卒中的患者早期即有認(rèn)知功能障礙,且與血Hcy水平相關(guān),記憶功能的損害較視空間及執(zhí)行功能更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of cognitive dysfunction and its relationship with homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute thalamic apoplexy. Methods Thirty patients with acute thalamic apoplexy (including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke) and 30 healthy adults were randomly selected as experimental group and control group. The general cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated by simple intelligence status test (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA). The Hcy was measured and the results were compared. Results the total cognitive function, visual spatial function, executive function and memory function of patients with acute thalamic apoplexy were significantly impaired (P0.05). The plasma Hcy level in acute thalamic apoplexy group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion the patients with acute thalamic apoplexy have cognitive impairment in the early stage, which is related to the level of blood Hcy. The impairment of memory function is more obvious than that of visual space and executive function.
