【摘要】：目的探索骨膜蛋白在不同級別腦膜瘤中表達(dá)及其關(guān)系。方法回顧性分析175例凸面型腦膜瘤患者的資料。依據(jù)WHO腦膜瘤分級,對各組標(biāo)本進(jìn)行骨膜蛋白和Ki-67免疫組織化學(xué)檢測和蛋白免疫印跡檢測。隨訪并對比不同表達(dá)水平腦膜瘤術(shù)后患者的生存時(shí)間、復(fù)發(fā)率和無進(jìn)展生存時(shí)間。結(jié)果不同WHO級別腦膜瘤中Ki-67的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001),并且與WHO腦膜瘤的級別呈正相關(guān)(r=0.673,P0.001)。116例(66.3%)腦膜瘤中骨膜蛋白免疫組化結(jié)果陰性/弱陽性,不同WHO級別腦膜瘤中骨膜蛋白的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)并且與WHO級別呈正相關(guān)(r=0.742,P0.001)。腦膜瘤中Ki-67與骨膜蛋白的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.513,P0.001)。Ki-67和骨膜蛋白在WHOⅠ級與非WHOⅠ級腦膜瘤中表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。Ki-67和骨膜蛋白不同的表達(dá)水平腦膜瘤術(shù)后患者的復(fù)發(fā)率、無進(jìn)展生存期率以及總體生存時(shí)間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論骨膜蛋白在腦膜瘤間質(zhì)中表達(dá),與Ki-67可能作為腦膜瘤級別和預(yù)后的標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the expression of periosteal protein in different grades of meningiomas and its relationship. Methods the data of 175 patients with convex meningioma were retrospectively analyzed. According to the grade of WHO meningioma, periosteal protein and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. The survival time, recurrence rate and progressive survival time of patients with meningioma with different expression levels were followed up and compared. Results the expression of Ki-67 in meningiomas of different WHO grades was significantly different (P0. 001), and positively correlated with the grade of WHO meningiomas (r: 0. 673, P0. 001). In 116 cases (66. 3%) of meningiomas, the expression of periosteal protein was negative or weakly positive. The expression of periosteal protein in meningiomas of different WHO grades was significantly different (P0. 001) and positively correlated with WHO grade (r = 0. 742, P0. 001).
