【摘要】：目的:探討急性腦梗死患者溶栓前D-二聚體濃度與腦梗死發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間、腦梗死癥狀嚴(yán)重程度、癥狀改善情況之間的關(guān)系。方法:研究納入了117例患者,依據(jù)入院時(shí)D-二聚體濃度,將患者分為D-二聚體0.55 mg/L組(正常組)與D-二聚體≥0.55 mg/L組(異常組),比較兩組在發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間、溶栓前美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)評(píng)分、溶栓后NIHSS評(píng)分改善程度之間的差異。結(jié)果:兩組在發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間上差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(122.4±57.5)min vs.(116.6±59.4)min,P0.05],正常組溶栓前NIHSS評(píng)分明顯低于異常組[(9.6±6.8)分vs.(17.4±9.2)分,P0.05],兩組在溶栓后NIHSS評(píng)分改善程度之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(3.6±5.4)分vs.(5.0±7.6)分,P0.05]。結(jié)論:不同D-二聚體濃度與發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間無(wú)明顯關(guān)系,D-二聚體異常組入院時(shí)NIHSS評(píng)分顯著高于正常組,兩組在溶栓后NIHSS評(píng)分的改善程度上差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
