【摘要】：目的探討氫氯吡格雷聯(lián)合尼膜同治療短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作(TIA)的有效性和安全性。方法 2012年1月1日至2016年8月1日該科及神經(jīng)內科門診和住院TIA患者159例,分為3組。A組43例,口服氫氯吡格雷聯(lián)合阿司匹林治療;B組51例,口服氫氯吡格雷聯(lián)合尼莫地平片治療;C組65例,口服氫氯吡格雷聯(lián)合尼膜同治療。觀察3組患者療效,比較3組治療前后凝血酶原時間(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時間(APTT)、纖維蛋白原(FIB)、血小板數(shù)目(PLT)的差異,以及出血性事件的發(fā)生率。結果 A、C組治療的總有效率明顯優(yōu)于B組(P0.05),A組和C組治療效果差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。B組和C組對凝血的影響優(yōu)于A組(P0.05)。3組患者均未出現(xiàn)嚴重出血事件(腦出血等),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論氫氯吡格雷聯(lián)合尼膜同片能明顯降低TIA的頻率,對患者凝血指標影響較小,安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of hydroclopidogrel combined with nitriline membrane in the treatment of transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods from January 1, 2012 to August 1, 2016, 159 TIA patients were divided into three groups: group A (43 cases) treated with oral hydroclopidogrel combined with aspirin, group B (51 cases), group B (51 cases). The patients in group C were treated with hydroclopidogrel combined with nimodipine, and group C with hydroclopidogrel combined with nimodipine. To observe the curative effect of three groups, compare the difference of thrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB), platelet number (PLT), and the incidence of hemorrhagic events before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of treatment in group C was significantly better than that in group B (P0.05), A group and group C had no significant difference in the effect of treatment (P0.05) and group C had better effect on coagulation than group A (P0.05). There were no severe hemorrhage events (cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) in group 3. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Hydroclopidogrel combined with nitriline membrane tablets can significantly reduce the frequency of TIA, and has little effect on the coagulation index, and is safe and effective.
