【摘要】：目的 :探討血清高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、內(nèi)皮素-1(ET-1)及纖維蛋白原(FIB)與首次腦梗塞患者腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。方法 :選取2013年1月~2014年1月,我院收治的首次腦梗塞患者82例,于入院24h內(nèi)測(cè)定血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平,并隨訪記錄患者的腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)情況,采用單因素分析、Logistic多因素回歸分析上述指標(biāo)與腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 :82例患者中22例(26.83%)復(fù)發(fā)腦梗塞,復(fù)發(fā)腦梗塞患者的血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平顯著高于未復(fù)發(fā)組;血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB分層分析顯示,濃度越高復(fù)發(fā)率呈顯著增高趨勢(shì);Logistic相關(guān)性分析顯示,血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB均是腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論 :首次腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)患者的腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)與血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平密切相關(guān),高水平血清hs-CRP、ET-1及FIB水平是腦梗塞復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum Gao Min C reactive protein (hs-CRP), endothelin 1 (ET-1) and fibrinogen (FIB) and the recurrence of cerebral infarction in patients with first cerebral infarction. Methods: the serum levels of hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB were measured in 82 patients with first cerebral infarction from January 2013 to January 2014, and the recurrence of cerebral infarction was recorded. Univariate logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the above indexes and the recurrence of cerebral infarction. Results 22 of 82 patients (26.83%) had recurrent cerebral infarction, and the levels of serum hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients without recurrent cerebral infarction, serum hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB stratified analysis showed that the higher the recurrence rate was, and the logistic correlation analysis showed that the recurrence rate of recurrent cerebral infarction patients was significantly higher than that of non-recurrent cerebral infarction patients. Serum hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB were independent risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction. Conclusion: the recurrence of cerebral infarction is closely related to the levels of serum hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB in patients with first cerebral infarction recurrence. The high levels of serum hs-CRP,ET-1 and FIB are independent risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction.
