【摘要】：正室管膜下瘤是腦室系統(tǒng)的罕見良性腫瘤,多位于第四腦室,腦實質(zhì)內(nèi)室管膜下瘤極罕見,英文報道僅有11例,中文報道僅有5例。我們報道的為幕上腦實質(zhì)室管膜下瘤病例,術(shù)后經(jīng)病理證實為室管膜下瘤。病例男,48歲,入院前3月外院體檢CT及MRI發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)頂葉占位,后行"穿刺活檢術(shù)",病理示:低級別膠質(zhì)瘤WHOⅠ級,室管膜下瘤可能。期間無明顯臨床癥狀入院,查體示雙側(cè)肢體活動自主,肌力正常,肌張力正常,雙側(cè)病理征
[Abstract]:Positive subependymal tumors are rare benign tumors in the ventricular system, most of them are located in the fourth ventricle. Subependymal tumors in the parenchyma are rare. Only 11 cases are reported in English and only 5 cases in Chinese. We report a case of supratentorial parenchymal subependymoma. The patient was 48 years old.
