顱外椎動(dòng)脈狹窄的治療進(jìn)展

【摘要】：約25%的腦缺血事件發(fā)生在椎基底動(dòng)脈區(qū)(后循環(huán)),其中20%左右的后循環(huán)卒中是由顱外椎動(dòng)脈狹窄(ECVAS)引起。顱外腦血管疾病中,椎動(dòng)脈近段狹窄位居第二位,僅次于頸動(dòng)脈分叉處。但當(dāng)前仍很多臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)該部位疾病的重視度不足。本文系統(tǒng)復(fù)習(xí)了ECVAS的診治進(jìn)展,以期拓寬對(duì)該疾病的認(rèn)識(shí),讓更多的ECVAS患者得到及時(shí)的診斷和治療。
[Abstract]:About 25% of cerebral ischemic events occur in the vertebral-basilar artery region (posterior circulation), of which about 20% are caused by extracranial vertebral artery stenosis (ECVAS). In extracranial cerebrovascular diseases, proximal vertebral artery stenosis ranks second only to the bifurcation of the carotid artery. This article reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of ECVAS in order to broaden the understanding of ECVAS and make more ECVAS patients get timely diagnosis and treatment.
