【摘要】：目的分析半夏白術(shù)天麻湯合桃紅四物加減聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療缺血性中風(fēng)患者的臨床效果。方法選擇河北省唐山市玉田縣中醫(yī)醫(yī)院2015年10月~2016年3月收治的95例缺血性中風(fēng)患者,將其隨機(jī)分為聯(lián)合組(48例)和西醫(yī)組(47例)。西醫(yī)組患者給予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林口服,依達(dá)拉奉靜脈滴注,療程2周;聯(lián)合組患者給予半夏白術(shù)天麻湯合桃紅四物加減聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療,療程2周。比較兩組治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺損狀況、日常生活活動能力、生活質(zhì)量、臨床療效及藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療后聯(lián)合組神經(jīng)功能缺損程度評分明顯低于西醫(yī)組[(10.2±2.5)分比(15.2±3.1)分](P0.05),日常生活活動能力評分、GQOLI-74評分均明顯高于西醫(yī)組[(72.9±4.8)分比(61.4±5.3)分;(68.3±4.1)分比(56.8±4.4)分](P0.05)。聯(lián)合組臨床治療總有效率為93.7%,高于西醫(yī)組的78.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。聯(lián)合組藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為10.4%,與西醫(yī)組(8.5%)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論半夏白術(shù)天麻湯合桃紅四物加減聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療缺血性中風(fēng)效果顯著,不良反應(yīng)少,能夠有效提高患者日常生活活動能力,改善患者生活質(zhì)量,臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction and Taohong Siwu combined with western medicine in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods Ninety-five patients with ischemic stroke from October 2015 to March 2016 in Yutian Hospital of Tangshan City, Hebei Province were randomly divided into combined group (48 cases) and western medicine group (47 cases). The patients in the western group were given Atto vastatin, aspirin and Edaravone intravenously for 2 weeks, while the patients in the combined group were treated with Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction plus Taohong Siwu plus or minus western medicine for 2 weeks. The neurological deficit, activity of daily living, quality of life, clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the neurological impairment score in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group [(10.2 鹵2.5) scores vs (15.2 鹵3.1) points] (P0.05), and the GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group [(72.9 鹵4.8) scores vs (61.4 鹵5.3) points; (68.3 鹵4.1) points vs (56.8 鹵4.4) points] (P0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was 93.7, which was higher than that in the western medicine group (78.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combined group was 10.4, which was not significantly different from that in the western medicine group (8.5%) (P0.05). Conclusion Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke with less adverse reactions. It can effectively improve the activities of daily life of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
