【摘要】：目的研究不同發(fā)病部位和性質(zhì)的卒中后認(rèn)知障礙(PSCI)患者注意力障礙特點(diǎn)。方法 2014年6月~2015年6月,用注意力表現(xiàn)測(cè)試軟件(TAP)對(duì)49例PSCI患者在入院l周內(nèi)進(jìn)行評(píng)定,觀測(cè)患者完成各項(xiàng)測(cè)試的反應(yīng)時(shí)間和反應(yīng)正確個(gè)數(shù)。結(jié)果警覺(jué)度測(cè)試中,有無(wú)警告音的反應(yīng)時(shí)間左側(cè)缺血組均短于右側(cè)缺血組(Z=-2.32,t=-3.76,P0.05);分散性專注力測(cè)試中,右側(cè)缺血組聽覺(jué)的正確個(gè)數(shù)多于左側(cè)缺血組(Z=2.42,P0.05)。不相容測(cè)試及Go/Nogo測(cè)試中,左側(cè)出血組反應(yīng)時(shí)間組均短于右側(cè)出血組(Z2.32,t=-3.10,P0.05)。結(jié)論 PSCI患者病灶側(cè)別與注意力障礙有關(guān),但病變性質(zhì)與注意力障礙關(guān)系不明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of attention disorder in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) with different location and nature of stroke. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 49 patients with PSCI were assessed by the attention performance test software (TAP) within one week of admission. The reaction time and the correct number of responses were observed. Results in the alertness test, the response time of the left ischemic group with or without warning sound was shorter than that of the right ischemic group (P 0.05), and the correct number of hearing in the right ischemic group was more than that in the left ischemic group (ZH 2.42 P 0.05), and the correct number of hearing in the right ischemic group was higher than that in the left ischemic group (P 0.05). In the incompatibility test and Go/Nogo test, the reaction time of the left hemorrhage group was shorter than that of the right hemorrhage group (Z2.32). Conclusion the lesion side of PSCI patients is related to attention disorder, but the relationship between the nature of lesion and attention disorder is not obvious.
