【摘要】：目的探究腦梗死患者接受血管擴(kuò)張劑的臨床療效及安全性分析。方法納入本院近年來(lái)收治確診為腦梗死患者為本次研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其臨床資料以回顧性方法進(jìn)行分析,歸納各類(lèi)血管擴(kuò)張劑對(duì)患者的臨床價(jià)值和相關(guān)的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果相對(duì)于用其他類(lèi)型藥物治療,接受血管擴(kuò)張劑為血栓通治療的患者其臨床療效相對(duì)更具有優(yōu)越性,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);接受血管擴(kuò)張劑為鹽酸川芎嗪的腦梗死患者其相關(guān)體征,缺血性中風(fēng)癥等均有明顯改善;接受血管擴(kuò)張劑為丁咯地爾治療的患者,顯示服用時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)則出現(xiàn)進(jìn)展性腦梗死概率相對(duì)越低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)腦梗死患者應(yīng)用各類(lèi)血管擴(kuò)張劑治療均有突出的臨床價(jià)值,在選用藥物時(shí)應(yīng)綜合考慮患者各項(xiàng)臨床實(shí)際情況,保障患者預(yù)后效果和生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of vasodilators in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods the patients with cerebral infarction were treated in our hospital in recent years. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and the clinical value and related adverse reactions of various vasodilators were summarized. Results compared with other types of drug therapy, the patients treated with vasodilator Xue Tong had more advantages in clinical efficacy. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); patients with cerebral infarction receiving vasodilator ligustrazine hydrochloride and ischemic stroke were significantly improved; patients treated with buflomedil were treated with buflomedil. It showed that the longer the administration time, the lower the probability of progressive cerebral infarction, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion all kinds of vasodilators are of great clinical value in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients. The clinical conditions of patients should be considered comprehensively in the selection of drugs to ensure the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
