【摘要】：目的:探討細(xì)胞周期依賴性激酶4(cyclin-dependent kinase 4,CDK4)和Geminin在膠質(zhì)瘤中的表達(dá)及其臨床病理意義。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法,檢測70例膠質(zhì)瘤中CDK4和Geminin的表達(dá),分析CDK4和Geminin的表達(dá)和其相關(guān)性,以及二者與膠質(zhì)瘤臨床病理因素及生存時間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:CDK4、Geminin在膠質(zhì)瘤中的總陽性率分別為70.0%(49/70)、75.7%(53/70);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ級膠質(zhì)瘤中CDK4陽性率分別為52.8%(19/36)、84.6%(22/26)、100.0%(8/8),Geminin陽性率分別為58.3%(21/36)、92.3%(24/26)、100.0%(8/8),CDK4和Geminin在不同級別膠質(zhì)瘤中的表達(dá)有顯著差異(P0.05)。且二者表達(dá)呈正相關(guān);CDK4、Geminin陽性表達(dá)與腫瘤大小及細(xì)胞核分裂像多少有關(guān)(P0.05),與患者年齡、性別以及腫瘤組織有無壞死無關(guān)(P0.05);Kaplan-Meier單因素統(tǒng)計分析結(jié)果顯示CDK4、Geminin陽性表達(dá)組的患者術(shù)后生存時間明顯短于CDK4、Geminin陰性表達(dá)組(P0.001)。結(jié)論:CDK4和Geminin表達(dá)與膠質(zhì)瘤的分級、預(yù)后有關(guān),聯(lián)合檢測CDK4和Geminin有助于判斷膠質(zhì)瘤惡性程度及評估預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of cell cycle dependent kinase 4 (cyclin-dependent kinase 4 CDK4) and Geminin in gliomas. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CDK4 and Geminin in 70 cases of gliomas. The expression of CDK4 and Geminin and their relationship with clinicopathological factors and survival time of gliomas were analyzed.
