眼動脈經(jīng)顱多普勒對顱內(nèi)靜脈竇血栓患者顱內(nèi)壓變化的預測研究

【摘要】:目的探討眼動脈經(jīng)顱多普勒(TCD)對顱內(nèi)靜脈竇血栓形成(CVST)患者顱內(nèi)壓變化的預測研究。方法臨床確診為CVST,且伴有視覺障礙和雙眼視乳頭水腫患者。分別于治療前、治療后5~15 d和治療后30~45 d行眼動脈TCD后立即行腰穿記錄顱內(nèi)壓值(ICP)。通過眼動脈顱內(nèi)和顱外段搏動指數(shù)(PI),計算搏動指數(shù)變化率(△PI),并進行相應時段ICP與△PI之間相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果在治療前、治療后5~15 d和治療后30~45 d相應時段ICP與△PI之間均有相關(guān)性,P值均為0.000。結(jié)論眼動脈顱內(nèi)和顱外段搏動指數(shù)變化率可作為預測CVST患者顱內(nèi)壓變化的一種無創(chuàng)指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prediction of intracranial pressure in patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) by transcranial Doppler (TCD) (TCD). Methods CVST was diagnosed clinically with visual impairment and binocular papillary edema. Intraocular pressure (ICP).) was recorded by lumbar puncture immediately before treatment, 5 days after treatment and 30 days after 45 days of treatment. The rate of change of pulsatile index (PI),) was calculated by intracranial and extracranial pulsatile index (PI),) of the ophthalmic artery and the correlation between ICP and Pi in the corresponding period was analyzed. Results before treatment, at 15 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment, there was a correlation between ICP and Pi (P = 0.000). Conclusion the change rate of intracranial and extracranial pulsatile index of ophthalmic artery can be used as a noninvasive index to predict the change of intracranial pressure in patients with CVST.
