【摘要】：正心腦血管疾病是世界范圍內(nèi)嚴重危害中老年人健康的一類臨床常見疾病,因治療效果不理想且缺乏有效的早期診斷和預警方法,已成為致死率和致殘率最高的一類疾病[1~2]。目前,其發(fā)病機制雖然尚未得到充分闡釋,但炎癥因素被認為在其發(fā)病過程中起著關鍵的作用,大量與其發(fā)病相關的炎癥因子被陸續(xù)報道。生長分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)為轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β超家族的
[Abstract]:Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is a kind of common clinical disease which seriously endangers the health of the middle and old people in the world. Because of the unsatisfactory therapeutic effect and the lack of effective early diagnosis and early warning method, it has become the first class disease with the highest mortality and disability rate [1 / 2]. At present, its pathogenesis has not been fully explained, but inflammatory factors are considered to play a key role in its pathogenesis, and a large number of inflammatory factors related to its pathogenesis have been reported one after another. Growth differentiation factor -15 (growth differentiation factor-15 GDF-15 is a superfamily of transforming growth factor- 尾 (TGF- 尾).
