【摘要】：目的了解2015-2016年義烏市健康人群乙型腦炎(乙腦)抗體水平。方法隨機選取義烏市4個監(jiān)測點健康人群,分9個年齡組采集血清標本,通過微量細胞中和試驗測定乙腦中和抗體。結(jié)果在953名調(diào)查對象中,乙腦抗體陽性361名,陽性率為37.88%,幾何平均滴度(GMT)為1∶9.79。在1歲兒童中,各月齡兒童的抗體陽性率在4.17%(9月齡)-37.93%(0月齡)之間(x2=26.95,P=0.003),GMT在1∶5.23(9月齡)-1∶8.62(0月齡)之間(x2=31.17,P=0.001);在≥1歲人群中,各年齡人群的抗體陽性率在17.57%(7-14歲)-82.69%(35-44歲)之間(x2=73.21,P0.001),GMT在1∶6.43(7-14歲)-1∶22.55(35-44歲)之間(x2=66.77,P0.001)。完成2劑次乙腦減毒活疫苗的140名1-6歲兒童免疫≤1年、1年且≤2年、2年且≤3年、3年后的抗體陽性率和GMT均無顯著性差異(x2=2.59,P=0.459;x2=5.47,P=0.140)。結(jié)論義烏市全人群中小年齡組兒童的乙腦抗體水平較低,應(yīng)加強適齡兒童的乙腦疫苗接種工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibody level of Japanese encephalitis (je) in healthy population of Yiwu from 2015 to 2016. Methods healthy people were randomly selected from 4 monitoring sites in Yiwu. Serum samples were collected from 9 age groups, and neutralizing antibody against encephalitis B was determined by microcell neutralization test. Results among 953 subjects, 361 were positive for Japanese encephalitis antibody, the positive rate was 37.888.The geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 9.79. In 1-year-old children, the positive rate of antibody was 4.17% (9-month-old) -37.93% (0-month-old) (x22.26.95P0. 003) and the GMT was between 1: 5.23 (9-month-old) -1: 8.62 (0-month-old) (x231.17P0. 001); in people over 1 years old, the GMT was between 1: 5.23 (9 months old) -1: 8.62 (0 month old) (x231.17P0. 001). The positive rate of antibody was 17.57% (7-14 years old) -82.69% (35-44 years old) (x2f73.21 P0.001) and GMT was between 1: 6.43 (7-14 years) -1: 22.55 (35-44 years old). There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate and GMT after 2 doses of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine in 140 children aged 1-6 years after immunization for 1 year, 1 year and 鈮，
