基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9與缺血性腦損傷的研究進展

【摘要】:基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶(MMPs)是一類含有鋅原子結(jié)合位點的蛋白酶家族,能夠?qū)毎饣|(zhì)(ECM)成分進行降解。在大鼠中,MMPs家族包含28個成員。MMP-9與其同源基因MMP-2是MMPs家族的重要成員,屬于明膠酶類,能夠降解ECM成分中的Ⅳ型膠原。研究顯示,MMP-9參與腦局部缺血后中樞和周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)功能的恢復(fù),高壓氧治療能夠調(diào)節(jié)MMP-9的表達。本文對MMP-9的結(jié)構(gòu)、MMP-9在缺血再灌注損傷及高壓氧(HBO)治療中的作用作一綜述。
