丙戊酸鈉對癲癇模型大鼠的認(rèn)知,行為學(xué)和腦電圖的影響

【摘要】:為研究丙戊酸鈉對癲癇模型大鼠認(rèn)知、行為學(xué)和腦電圖的影響,本次研究選取了60只健康大鼠,隨機(jī)分為3組(對照組,癲癇組,丙戊酸鈉組),每組20只。癲癇組與丙戊酸鈉組大鼠通過氯化鋰-毛果蕓香堿誘導(dǎo)成為癲癇大鼠。造模完成后,給予3組大鼠灌胃給藥,對照組與癲癇組使用生理鹽水,丙戊酸鈉組使用丙戊酸鈉,6小時(shí)1次,持續(xù)5 d。5 d后發(fā)現(xiàn)癲癇組與丙戊酸鈉組大鼠認(rèn)知功能顯著下降,腦電圖頻率減慢以及波幅顯著增高;與癲癇組相比,丙戊酸鈉組癲癇發(fā)作次數(shù)明顯減少,持續(xù)時(shí)間明顯降低。這提示丙戊酸鈉可改善癲癇大鼠的認(rèn)知功能、行為學(xué)及腦電圖異常。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of sodium valproate on cognition, behavior and EEG of epileptic rats, 60 healthy rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (control group, epileptic group and sodium valproate group) with 20 rats in each group. Rats in epilepsy group and sodium valproate group were induced into epileptic rats by lithium chloride-pilocarpine. After the establishment of the model, the rats in the three groups were given intragastric administration, the control group and the epileptic group were given normal saline, and the sodium valproate group was given valproate sodium for 6 hours. After 5 days, the cognitive function of the rats in the epileptic group and the sodium valproate group was significantly decreased. Compared with the epileptic group, the frequency and duration of epileptic seizures in sodium valproate group were significantly decreased. This suggests that sodium valproate can improve cognitive function, behavior and EEG abnormalities in epileptic rats.
