神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤中microRNA的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:microRNA(miRNA)是一種長(zhǎng)度很小的非編碼RNA,一般來(lái)說(shuō)它的長(zhǎng)度在19~25個(gè)核苷酸左右。它的基因的調(diào)節(jié)主要通過(guò)作用于靶mRNA的3'UTR區(qū)域完成,并影響各種細(xì)胞過(guò)程。最近的研究表明,miRNA與癌癥密切相關(guān),其通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)其相應(yīng)的靶基因來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤的形成和發(fā)展。對(duì)腫瘤中異常表達(dá)的miRNA的研究不僅能夠準(zhǔn)確診斷腫瘤,而且為癌癥的治療提供了一種新的有效策略。膠質(zhì)瘤是臨床常見(jiàn)的惡性顱內(nèi)腫瘤,具有侵襲性,臨床難以實(shí)現(xiàn)完全切除,預(yù)后差的患者。miRNA在神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤的發(fā)展和進(jìn)展中起重要作用。鑒定與膠質(zhì)瘤相關(guān)的miRNA及其相關(guān)作用機(jī)制和靶點(diǎn)將為腦膠質(zhì)瘤的診斷和治療開(kāi)辟新的機(jī)遇。該文綜述了一些miRNA和基于miRNA的膠質(zhì)瘤在膠質(zhì)瘤診斷和治療中的進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:MicroRNA (miRNA) is a small non-coding RNA, which is usually about 19 ~ 25 nucleotides in length. The regulation of its gene is mainly accomplished by acting on the 3UTR region of target mRNA and affecting various cellular processes. Recent studies have shown that miRNA is closely related to cancer by regulating its target genes to regulate tumor formation and development. The study of the abnormal expression of miRNA in tumor can not only accurately diagnose tumor, but also provide a new effective strategy for the treatment of cancer. Glioma is a common malignant intracranial tumor, which is invasive and difficult to be resected completely. MiRNA plays an important role in the development and progression of glioma. Identification of miRNA associated with glioma and its related mechanisms and targets will open up new opportunities for the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas. This paper reviews the progress of miRNA and miRNA-based gliomas in the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas.
