【摘要】：目的分析自我效能、社會支持和應(yīng)對方式對其心理彈性的影響。方法以唐山市某三甲醫(yī)院的386例腦梗死患者為對象,以心理彈性量表、自我效能感量表、社會支持量表、醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對問卷為調(diào)查工具,應(yīng)用Pearson相關(guān)分析、多重線性回歸分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法。結(jié)果心理彈性得分為(59.72±12.17)分,心理彈性與自我效能、社會支持、面對應(yīng)對方式、回避應(yīng)對方式呈正相關(guān)(P0.01),與屈服應(yīng)對方式呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),自我效能感、主觀支持、面對應(yīng)對方式和屈服應(yīng)對方式影響心理彈性的總效應(yīng)系數(shù)分別為0.720、0.264、0.121和-0.092。結(jié)論自我效能、社會支持和應(yīng)對方式對心理彈性有顯著影響作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on their mental resilience. Methods 386 patients with cerebral infarction in a third Class A Hospital in Tangshan City were investigated by using the Psychological elasticity scale, the Self-efficacy scale, the Social support scale and the Medical coping questionnaire. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. Structural equation model method. Results the score of resilience was (59.72 鹵12.17). The scores of resilience were positively correlated with self-efficacy, social support, avoidance coping style in face of coping style (P0.01), negative correlation with yield coping style (P0.01), self-efficacy and subjective support. The total effect coefficients of coping style and yield coping style on resilience were 0.720 ~ 0.264 ~ (0.121) and -0.092 respectively. Conclusion self-efficacy, social support and coping style have significant effects on resilience.
