【摘要】：目的觀察Apollo支架治療椎動脈狹窄的療效。方法選擇椎動脈狹窄患者50例,均采用Apollo支架治療,比較治療前后椎動脈平均狹窄率、美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)評分以及臨床癥狀改善情況。結果治療后患者的椎動脈平均狹窄率、NIHSS評分、MRS評分均低于治療前,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后患者的臨床癥狀明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 Apollo支架治療椎動脈狹窄具有明顯的臨床療效,患者的臨床癥狀得到改善,值得在臨床上進一步推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Apollo stent on vertebral artery stenosis. Methods Fifty patients with vertebral artery stenosis were treated with Apollo stent. The mean stenosis rate of vertebral artery, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS), modified Rankin scale (Mrs) and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the mean stenosis rate of vertebral artery and the score of NIHSS and Mrs were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05), and the clinical symptoms were improved significantly after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of vertebral artery stenosis with Apollo stent has obvious clinical effect, and the clinical symptoms of the patients are improved, which is worthy of further popularizing in clinic.
