【摘要】：目的探討肺性腦病患者血清中S100β和MBP水平變化及與疾病分型的關(guān)系。方法采用ELISA法測定85例肺性腦病患者和50例健康志愿者血清中S100β和MBP水平,并分析血清中S100β和MBP水平與肺性腦病分型的關(guān)系。結(jié)果肺性腦病患者血清中S100β和MBP水平均高于健康志愿者(P0.05)。血清中S100β和MBP水平與肺性腦病的分型關(guān)系密切(P0.05)。結(jié)論肺性腦病患者血清中S100β和MBP處于高水平,兩者測定有助于肺性腦病的臨床診斷及病情評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum S100 尾 and MBP levels in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy and their relationship with disease classification. Methods the serum levels of S100 尾 and MBP in 85 patients with pulmonary encephalopathy and 50 healthy volunteers were measured by Elisa, and the relationship between the levels of S100 尾 and MBP and the classification of pulmonary encephalopathy was analyzed. Results the serum levels of S100 尾 and MBP in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were higher than those in healthy volunteers (P0.05). The serum levels of S100 尾 and MBP were closely related to the classification of pulmonary encephalopathy (P0.05). Conclusion the serum levels of S100 尾 and MBP in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy are high. The determination of S100 尾 and MBP is helpful to the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of pulmonary encephalopathy.
