【摘要】：目的探討血塞通注射液聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療老年缺血性腦卒中的療效及其對(duì)神經(jīng)功能與血液流變學(xué)的影響。方法將老年缺血性腦卒中患者80例隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各40例,2組均給予常規(guī)西醫(yī)綜合治療,觀察組同時(shí)給予血塞通注射液治療。觀察2組治療15 d后的臨床療效,治療前后NIHSS神經(jīng)缺損評(píng)分以及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果治療15 d后觀察組臨床治愈率與總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。2組治療后NIHSS神經(jīng)缺損評(píng)分以及全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血漿黏度、纖維蛋白原、紅細(xì)胞壓積均較治療前明顯改善(P均0.05),且觀察組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善情況均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論血塞通注射液聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療老年缺血性腦卒中能夠有效提高臨床治療有效率,改善患者神經(jīng)功能及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo),促進(jìn)患者康復(fù),具有較高的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the curative effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke and its effect on nerve function and hemorheology. Methods Eighty elderly patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The changes of NIHSS neurological defect score and hemorheology index were observed after 15 days of treatment in both groups. Results after 15 days treatment, the clinical cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The NIHSS nerve defect score, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The hematocrit was significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P 0.05), and the improvement of each index in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke can effectively improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, improve the neurological function and hemorheological index of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and has a higher clinical value.
