【摘要】：目的探討疏血通注射液聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉對(duì)老年進(jìn)展性腦梗死患者凝血功能、血脂及血液流變學(xué)影響。方法選擇老年進(jìn)展性腦梗死患者86例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組43例與對(duì)照組43例。對(duì)照組給予依達(dá)拉奉治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合疏血通注射液治療。兩組療程均為14 d。比較兩組療效,治療前后凝血功能、血脂、血液流變學(xué)、NIHSS評(píng)分和ADL評(píng)分。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率(90.70%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(69.77%,P0.05);觀察組與對(duì)照組治療后凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT)、纖維蛋白原(Fib)和凝血酶時(shí)間(TT)比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(t=0.206 0、0.905 6、0.488 0,P0.05);觀察組治療后總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)明顯低于對(duì)照組而高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)明顯高于對(duì)照組(t=8.299 8、8.119 8、8.864 1、4.855 2,P0.05);觀察組治療后全血低切黏度(WBLV)、全血高切黏度(WBHV)、血漿黏度(PV)明顯低于對(duì)照組(t=14.567 1、7.896 0、11.990 7,P0.05);觀察組治療后NIHSS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組而ADL評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(t=10.137 4、10.031 9,P0.05)。結(jié)論疏血通注射液聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉治療老年進(jìn)展性腦梗死患者療效顯著,且可改善患者血脂和血液流變學(xué),但對(duì)凝血功能無(wú)明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Shuxuetong injection combined with Edaravone on coagulation function, blood lipid and hemorheology in elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 86 elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). The control group was treated with Edaravone and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups. The curative effect, coagulation function, blood lipid, hemorheology, NIHSS score and ADL score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate (90.70%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.77%), but there was no significant difference in the prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fib) and thrombin time (TT) between the observation group and the control group (t = 0.206 0 / 0.905 / 60.488, P0.05). Steroid (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower than those in control group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 8.299 8 / 8.119 8 / 8.864 1.864 1.855 / 2 P 0.05), the whole blood low shear viscosity (WBLV), whole blood high shear viscosity (WBHV) and plasma high shear viscosity (WBHV) after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The viscosity (PV) of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t = 14.567 1 / 7.896 0 / 11.9907 P 0.05), the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (t 10.137 4 / 10.031 9 P 0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with Edaravone is effective in treating elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction, and can improve blood lipid and hemorheology, but has no effect on coagulation function.
