活血散瘀醒腦湯對(duì)微創(chuàng)血腫清除后腦出血患者血漿MMP-9與神經(jīng)功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討活血散瘀醒腦湯對(duì)微創(chuàng)血腫清除后腦出血患者血漿MMP-9與神經(jīng)功能的影響。方法:選取醫(yī)院2013年3月—2015年5月收治的108例腦出血患者作為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組各54例。兩組患者入院后均給予常規(guī)對(duì)癥治療及血腫微創(chuàng)清除手術(shù),而觀察組患者則在此基礎(chǔ)上加以中藥活血散瘀醒腦湯治療,觀察患者治療過程中血漿MMP-9含量及治療后神經(jīng)功能缺損情況,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:兩組患者M(jìn)MP-9水平均于術(shù)后2 d達(dá)到最高峰,治療7 d后明顯降低,其中觀察組患者治療7d和治療14 d的MMP-9的水平均明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療14 d后兩組NDS均較入院時(shí)明顯降低,其中觀察組明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),且觀察組基本痊愈人數(shù)相比對(duì)照組明顯增加(P0.05),差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:活血散瘀醒腦湯能有效降低腦出血患者微創(chuàng)血腫清除術(shù)后血漿MMP-9水平,降低其神經(jīng)功能缺損程度,并因此提高臨床治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Huoxue Sanyu Xingnao decoction on plasma MMP-9 and nerve function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive hematoma clearance. Methods: 108 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from March 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and minimally invasive hematoma removal, while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Sanyu Xingnao decoction. The levels of MMP-9 in plasma and neurological deficit after treatment were observed and compared. Results: the level of MMP-9 in both groups reached its peak on the 2nd day after operation and decreased significantly after 7 days of treatment. The levels of MMP-9 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 7th day and the 14th day after treatment (P0.05), and the levels of NDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group after 14 days of treatment. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05), and the observation group was significantly increased compared with the control group (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Huoxue Sanyu Xingnao decoction can effectively reduce the level of MMP-9 in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive hematoma clearance, reduce the degree of neurological deficit, and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
