【摘要】：目的探討丹參川弓嗪注射液聯(lián)合胞二磷膽堿針劑治療腦后循環(huán)供血不足的療效。方法選取2014年10月~2015年10月我院收治的腦后循環(huán)供血不足患者130例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組單用丹參川弓嗪注射液治療,觀察組采用丹參川弓嗪注射液聯(lián)合胞二磷膽堿針劑治療,比較兩組患者的療效、椎-基底動(dòng)脈血流速度及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果觀察組治療有效率為93.85%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的83.08%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組治療后左右椎動(dòng)脈及基底動(dòng)脈血流速度明顯較治療前改善,但觀察組改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后全血黏度及血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論丹參川弓嗪注射液聯(lián)合胞二磷膽堿針劑治療腦后循環(huán)供血不足效果顯著,利于椎-基底動(dòng)脈的擴(kuò)張,血液黏度的降低,改善腦部供血,具有積極的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Danshen arcuazine injection combined with citicoline injection in the treatment of cerebral posterior circulation insufficiency. Methods 130 patients with cerebral circulation insufficiency from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza arch injection alone. The observation group was treated with Danshen arcuazine injection combined with cytidine diphosphate choline injection. The curative effect, blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and hemorheology were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.85, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.08), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05), the blood flow velocities of the left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups were obviously improved after treatment, but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza arcuate injection combined with citicoline injection is effective in the treatment of posterior cerebral circulation insufficiency, which is beneficial to vertebrobasilar artery dilatation, decrease of blood viscosity and improvement of cerebral blood supply, which has positive clinical significance.
