【摘要】：目的觀察"尖足三針"針刺治療對(duì)改善痙攣型腦癱患兒尖足畸形的臨床療效。方法 2016年1月至12月,本科就診的120例1~6歲腦癱患兒隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(n=60)和觀察組(n=60)。兩組均采用常規(guī)康復(fù)治療,觀察組加用尖足三針針刺治療。分別于治療前、后采用粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能測(cè)試(GMFM)、足背屈角、表面肌電均方根值(RMS)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組GMFM的B、C、D、E四個(gè)能區(qū)評(píng)分及總分顯著高于治療前(t4.325,P0.001),且明顯高于對(duì)照組(t2.711,P0.01);觀察組足背屈角顯著減小(t=17.627,P0.001),且顯著小于對(duì)照組(t=15.416,P0.001)。觀察組治療后踝關(guān)節(jié)主動(dòng)跖屈、被動(dòng)背屈時(shí)腓腸肌RMS均明顯改善(t≥3.058,P0.01),被動(dòng)背屈時(shí)腓腸肌RMS優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(t=-2.199,P0.05)。結(jié)論尖足三針針刺治療能有效地降低腓腸肌肌張力,且不降低腓腸肌肌力,有效改善腦癱患兒足背屈能力,促進(jìn)患兒獲得站位運(yùn)動(dòng)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods from January to December 2016, 120 children with cerebral palsy aged 1 to 6 were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60). Both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation and the observation group were treated with three-point acupuncture. Before and after treatment, gross motor function test (GMFM), dorsal flexion angle of foot and surface electromyography root mean square (RMS) were used to evaluate. Results after treatment, the scores and total scores of the four energy regions of GMFM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t 4.325 P 0.001) and significantly higher than those in the control group (t 2.711 P 0.01), and the dorsal flexion angle of foot in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t = 17.627, P 0.001), and was significantly lower than that in the control group (t 15.416, P 0.001).
