[Abstract]:Epileptic status (SE) neurology is a common acute and critical disease. Its mortality and disability rate are high. It is the key to save life and improve prognosis to control seizures quickly and effectively. Despite 60-70% curative effect, 30-40% of epileptic seizures do not benefit from the current treatment. Since the etiology of epileptic status is diverse and the pathogenesis is complex, the synergistic effect of combined drug therapy due to different mechanisms may be more beneficial to the treatment of patients. In the absence of experimental and clinical evidence to prove that single drug therapy can improve the prognosis of patients with SE, exploring the combined use of SE may have its potential application value. The purpose of this review is to summarize the current situation of combined drug therapy in animal experiments and clinical practice in recent years, and to help researchers to formulate a good prospective treatment protocol and to seek a better regimen for the treatment of SE. In order to ensure the early and effective use of antiepileptic drugs to terminate Se.
