【摘要】：基于短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作的中醫(yī)、西醫(yī)臨床病癥特點(diǎn),對(duì)目前現(xiàn)有的短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作模型進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,通過(guò)整理分析短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作各個(gè)動(dòng)物模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、中西醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及臨床癥狀吻合度,進(jìn)一步提出相應(yīng)動(dòng)物模型的評(píng)價(jià)思路及改進(jìn)方法。而且還發(fā)現(xiàn)短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作動(dòng)物模型雖然造模方法比較多,但不能很好地反映該病的短暫性、可逆性、反復(fù)發(fā)作性等典型特征,與臨床病癥特點(diǎn)差異較大,且缺少對(duì)該動(dòng)物模型造模成功與否的合理的量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)利用現(xiàn)有的單因素動(dòng)物模型相結(jié)合,建立與臨床病癥相結(jié)合的、更接近人類(lèi)短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作典型癥狀的復(fù)合動(dòng)物模型,復(fù)制出能更加吻合臨床病癥特點(diǎn)的動(dòng)物模型。建立合理的模型量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),體現(xiàn)其中西醫(yī)病因,完善一套系統(tǒng)完整的模型評(píng)價(jià)方法,是短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作動(dòng)物模型未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the clinical features of TCM and Western medicine, the current models of transient ischemic attack are summarized and summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of each animal model of transient ischemic attack are analyzed. The diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the degree of coincidence of clinical symptoms were further proposed to evaluate the corresponding animal models and improve the methods. It was also found that although the animal models of transient ischemic attack were more numerous, they could not well reflect the typical characteristics of the disease, such as transient, reversible and recurrent attack, which were different from the clinical symptoms. There is also a lack of reasonable quantitative criteria for the success of the animal model. By combining the existing single factor animal models, a compound animal model, which is closer to the typical symptoms of human transient ischemic attack, is established in combination with clinical symptoms, and the animal model which can be more consistent with the characteristics of clinical symptoms is established. Establishing a reasonable model quantification standard, embodying the etiology of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and perfecting a set of systematic and complete model evaluation methods are the future development direction of the animal model of transient ischemic attack.
