【摘要】：正患者,男,17歲,吉林市人,因雙下肢疼痛伴無力9 d,加重伴排尿困難3 d于2016年1月4日入院�；颊�9 d前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)雙下肢及腰背部疼痛,伴雙下肢無力,尚能行走。3 d前出現(xiàn)排尿困難需留置尿管,雙下肢無力加重伴活動障礙,為求進(jìn)一步治療入我院。病程中有發(fā)熱,體溫最高38.5℃。既往:體健,家中養(yǎng)羊、鹿。體格檢查:體溫38.8℃,雙上肢
[Abstract]:A 17-year-old male, from Jilin City, was admitted to hospital on January 4, 2016 because of pain in both lower limbs with weakness for 9 days and aggravated with dysuria for 3 days. There was no obvious inducement for the patients to have lower extremity and lower back pain before 9 days, accompanied by weakness of both lower extremities, and the dysuria before walking for 3 days needed indwelling urethral catheter. The weakness of both lower extremities aggravated with disturbance of movement. In order to further treat the patients, the patients were admitted to our hospital for further treatment. Fever occurred in the course of the disease, and the highest temperature was 38.5 鈩，
