【摘要】：目的觀察甘油果糖聯(lián)合吡拉西坦治療2型糖尿病腦出血后腦水腫的效果。方法該院收治的2型糖尿病腦出血后腦水腫患者70例,按入院時(shí)間分為吡拉西坦組與聯(lián)合組各35例。兩組均予常規(guī)治療,聯(lián)合組采用甘油果糖聯(lián)合吡拉西坦治療,吡拉西坦組僅采用吡拉西坦治療,兩個(gè)療程后觀察療效。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組腦水腫體積、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度(NIHSS)評分及丙二醛(MDA)水平低于吡拉西坦組,日常生活能力Barthel指數(shù)(BI)評分及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于吡拉西坦組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。兩組均未見嚴(yán)重藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論甘油果糖聯(lián)合吡拉西坦治療糖尿病腦出血后腦水腫效果優(yōu)于單用吡拉西坦治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of fructose combined with Piracetam on cerebral edema after type 2 diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 patients with cerebral edema after type 2 diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups: Piracetam group (35 cases) and combined group (35 cases). Both groups were treated with routine therapy. The combined group was treated with fructose combined with Piracetam, and the group with Piracetam was treated only with Piracetam. The curative effect was observed after two courses of treatment. Results the scores of brain edema volume, neurological impairment and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the combined group were lower than those in the Piracetam group, and the scores of Barthel index and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) were higher in the combined group than in the Piracetam group. The difference was statistically significant. There were no serious adverse drug reactions in both groups. Conclusion Glycerol fructose combined with Piracetam is more effective than Piracetam in the treatment of cerebral edema after diabetic intracerebral hemorrhage.
