【摘要】：ABCD評(píng)分是一個(gè)用于預(yù)測(cè)短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作患者短期內(nèi)發(fā)生腦梗死風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)量表。該評(píng)價(jià)量表簡(jiǎn)便實(shí)用,判斷迅速,準(zhǔn)確性較高,早期應(yīng)用廣泛。還有研究者在此基礎(chǔ)上加入新的參數(shù),形成新的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(主要包括ABCD2評(píng)分、ABCD3評(píng)分及ABCD3-Ⅰ評(píng)分),旨在提高其評(píng)估能力。目前臨床上最常用的是ABCD2評(píng)分。ABCD評(píng)分系列在臨床上的應(yīng)用較廣泛,但仍需普及(特別是ABCD2評(píng)分),而且還需要找到更適合的參數(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行完善。
