【摘要】：目的探討支架置入術(shù)與藥物治療對(duì)癥狀性弓上顱外動(dòng)脈狹窄(SECAS)患者預(yù)防卒中復(fù)發(fā)的效果。方法納入2010年1月至2014年6月在該院確診為SECAS所致的腦梗死患者,將患者分為支架置入術(shù)治療組(支架組)和單純藥物治療組(藥物組),藥物組予以抗血小板及他汀類藥物治療,支架組在藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上予以支架置入治療,觀察術(shù)后30d和1年的卒中復(fù)發(fā)率和病死率。結(jié)果出院后1年,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組治療1年后的再發(fā)腦血管事件率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組隨訪1年的腦血管意外病死率和全因病死率比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論頸動(dòng)脈支架置入術(shù)有利于減少SECAS患者卒中復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of stent placement and drug therapy on the prevention of stroke recurrence in patients with symptomatic supra cranial artery stenosis (SECAS). Methods the patients were included in the patients with SECAS from January 2010 to June 2014. The patients were divided into stent placement group (support group) and simple drug treatment group (drug group), drug group. They were treated with antiplatelet and statins. The stent group was treated with stent implantation on the basis of drug treatment. The recurrence rate and mortality rate of stroke in 30d and 1 years after operation were observed. The results were statistically significant (P0.05) before and after the treatment of two groups of NIHSS scores after 1 years of discharge. The difference of recurrent cerebrovascular events in the two groups after 1 years of treatment was unified. Study significance (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups of cerebrovascular accident mortality and total cause fatality rate for 1 years (P0.05). Conclusion carotid stent implantation is beneficial to reduce the recurrence of stroke in SECAS patients.
