【摘要】：正感染是腦卒中患者常見的并發(fā)癥,常導致住院時間延長,醫(yī)療費用增加,增加患者的經(jīng)濟負擔,嚴重影響患者的預后;2003年德國科隆大學附屬醫(yī)院Hilker等[1]首次提出了卒中相關性肺炎(strokeassociated pneumonia,SAP)的概念,近年來,SAP受到各國學者的重視,SAP的定義、危險因素、診療和預防策略等方面取得諸多進展。
[Abstract]:Positive infection is a common complication in stroke patients, often leading to prolonged hospitalization, increased medical costs, and increased economic burden on patients. In 2003, Hilker et al., the affiliated hospital of Cologne University, Germany, first put forward the concept of stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP). In recent years, scholars in various countries have attached great importance to the definition of SAP and its risk factors. Many advances have been made in diagnosis and treatment and prevention strategies.
