【摘要】：目的探討EB病毒感染伴面癱患兒的治療。方法回顧分析1例臨床和實驗室確診EB病毒感染伴面癱患兒的臨床資料,并復習相關文獻。結果患兒,男,2歲,因發(fā)熱伴口角歪斜4天入院。入院后血清學及聚合酶鏈反應法確診存在EB病毒感染及病毒血癥,予阿昔洛韋治療�；純好姘c癥狀在14天后完全消失,EB病毒血癥消失,短期隨訪未有復發(fā)。文獻分析顯示,對存在病毒血癥的EB病毒急性感染伴面癱患兒予阿昔洛韋抗病毒治療證據仍有限。結論面癱伴EB病毒血癥,抗病毒治療可能有益。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the treatment of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection with facial paralysis. Methods A case of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection with facial palsy was retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results the patient, 2 years old, was admitted to hospital for 4 days because of fever and obliquity of mouth. Epstein-Barr virus infection and viremia were confirmed by serology and polymerase chain reaction after admission and treated with acyclovir. The symptoms of facial palsy disappeared completely after 14 days. Literature analysis showed that there was limited evidence of acyclovir antiviral therapy for acute Epstein-Barr virus infection with facial paralysis in children with viremia. Conclusion Epstein-Barr virusemia is associated with facial palsy and antiviral therapy may be beneficial.
