【摘要】：目的:研究良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)患者經(jīng)手法復(fù)位治療后復(fù)發(fā)的影響因素。方法:選取BPPV患者200例,并給予手法復(fù)位治療,之后隨訪3月,統(tǒng)計(jì)治愈后30、60、90 d的復(fù)發(fā)情況,并分析復(fù)發(fā)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果:183例患者完成隨訪。復(fù)發(fā)組和未復(fù)發(fā)組的年齡、BPPV病程、發(fā)作次數(shù)有顯著性差異(P0.001)。多元Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),BPPV病程(OR=2.171,95%CI為1.194~3.946,P=0.011)、復(fù)位次數(shù)≥10次(OR=3.040,95%CI為1.249~7.403,P=0.014)是影響手法復(fù)位后BPPV復(fù)發(fā)的獨(dú)立因素。結(jié)論:隨著治愈后時(shí)間的推移,BPPV復(fù)發(fā)的患者例數(shù)逐漸增多。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the factors influencing the recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) patients after manual reduction. Methods: 200 patients with BPPV were treated with manual reduction and followed up for 3 months. The recurrence rate of 30 days after cure was counted and the risk factors of recurrence were analyzed. Results 183 patients were followed up. There was a significant difference in the course of BPPV and the number of episodes between the recurrent group and the non-recurrent group (P 0.001).
