【摘要】：目的分析帕金森病(PD)患者血清tau蛋白磷酸化水平與預(yù)后轉(zhuǎn)歸的關(guān)系。方法選取接受治療的PD患者100例作為觀察組,另取同期健康體檢者100例為對照組。分別采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測所有研究對象的血清磷酸化tau蛋白水平。同時,根據(jù)PD患者認知障礙程度的不同分為輕度認知障礙(MCI組)44例及PD癡呆(PDD組)56例,對比兩組血清磷酸化tau蛋白水平,此外,將觀察組患者根據(jù)治療后PD統(tǒng)一評分量表(UPDRS)評分的不同分為UPDRS35分組以及UPDRS≥35分組,對比兩組血清磷酸化tau蛋白水平,并作Spearman相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者血清磷酸化tau水平為(115.5±56.2)pg/ml,顯著高于對照組[(79.7±40.3)pg/ml,P0.05]。MCI組患者血清磷酸化tau水平顯著低于PDD組(P0.05)。UPDRS35分組血清磷酸化tau水平顯著低于UPDRS≥35分組(P0.05)。經(jīng)Spearman相關(guān)性分析可得,血清磷酸化tau水平與PD患者UPDRS評分呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.563,P=0.011)。結(jié)論 PD患者血清tau蛋白磷酸化水平越高,預(yù)后越差。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum tau protein phosphorylation and prognosis in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 100 PD patients were selected as observation group and 100 healthy persons as control group. The levels of serum phosphorylated tau protein were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). At the same time, according to the degree of cognitive impairment in PD patients, they were divided into mild cognitive impairment group (44 cases) and PD dementia group (56 cases).
