【摘要】：目的：探討眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)療法對(duì)缺血性中風(fēng)患者日常生活能力和上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。 方法：選取2013年1月至2014年1月符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院腦病康復(fù)科的60例缺血性中風(fēng)患者，隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組30例。治療組予眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)療法治療，對(duì)照組予單純作業(yè)療法。治療組眼針取穴：雙側(cè)上焦區(qū)、下焦區(qū)、腎區(qū)和肝區(qū)；每位患者每日行針一次，每日留針30分鐘。在治療前和療程結(jié)束后，對(duì)兩組患者采用Fugl-Meyer上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分量表（Fugl-Meyer assessment scale，F(xiàn)MA）和改良Barthel指數(shù)（the modified baethel index，MBI）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，評(píng)定臨床療效。 結(jié)果： 1.改良Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)定量表評(píng)分上，兩組治療前無(wú)明顯差異（P＞0.05），具有可比性；眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)療法組和單純作業(yè)療法組治療前與治療后比較有顯著性差異（P＜0.01），眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)療法組和單純作業(yè)療法治療后日常生活活動(dòng)能力評(píng)分有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。 2.在Fugl-Meyer上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分上，兩組治療前、治療后比較有顯著性差異（P＜0.01），眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)療法組和單純作業(yè)療法組治療后Fugl-Meyer上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分有顯著性差異（P＜0.01）。 結(jié)論： 1.眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)治療在改善肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能上優(yōu)于單純作業(yè)療法組，能夠促進(jìn)患側(cè)肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的恢復(fù)，，特別是在提高上肢運(yùn)動(dòng)功能方面有著明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。 2.眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)治療組和單純作業(yè)治療組都能夠有效地提高患者的日常生活能力，但是眼針結(jié)合作業(yè)治療對(duì)于日常生活活動(dòng)能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy on the activities of daily life and upper limb motor function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: from January 2013 to January 2014, 60 patients with ischemic stroke in the Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy, while the control group was treated with simple occupational therapy. In the treatment group, acupuncture points were obtained: bilateral superior focal area, lower focal area, renal area and liver area, and each patient received acupuncture once a day for 30 minutes. Before and after treatment, the patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed with Fugl-Meyer assessment scale (FMA) and modified Barthel index (modified baethel index) to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: 1. There was no significant difference before treatment between the two groups on the score of modified Barthel index rating scale (P > 0.05), which was comparable. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.01), and there was significant difference in the scores of ADL between the two groups (P < 0.01). 2. In Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score, there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P < 0.01), and there was significant difference in Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score between the eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy group and the simple occupational therapy group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: 1. Eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy is superior to the simple occupational therapy group in improving limb motor function, and can promote the recovery of limb motor function, especially in improving the upper limb motor function. 2. Eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy group and simple occupational therapy group can effectively improve the daily life ability of patients, but eye acupuncture combined with occupational therapy can improve daily life activities.
