【摘要】：目的:觀察使用非甾體藥物在治療周圍性面癱中耳后及面部疼痛中的應(yīng)用。方法:47例周圍性面癱的住院患者,在針刺治療周圍性面癱過(guò)程中,配合口服非甾體藥物,觀察治療效果。結(jié)果:經(jīng)治療后,痊愈42例,占89.36%,有效5例,占10.64%,無(wú)效0例,總有效率為100.00%。結(jié)論:在針刺過(guò)程中使用非甾體藥物可提高治愈率和縮短療程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the application of non-steroidal drugs in the treatment of middle ear and facial pain in peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 47 hospitalized patients with peripheral facial paralysis were treated with oral non-steroidal drugs in the course of acupuncture. Results: after treatment, 42 cases were cured (89.36%), 5 cases were effective (10.64%), 0 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100.006%. Conclusion: the use of NSAIDs during acupuncture can increase the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment.
