【摘要】：重癥腦損傷患者常因大腦結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重受損而出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的神經(jīng)功能障礙，且預(yù)后不良，對(duì)此類患者腦功能的評(píng)價(jià)及預(yù)后預(yù)測具有重大臨床意義。腦電圖作為代表性的無創(chuàng)、實(shí)時(shí)電生理監(jiān)測工具之一，可敏感地反映腦功能變化和預(yù)測患者的預(yù)后。目前不僅重癥腦損傷患者腦電圖的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷完善，而且定量腦電圖在重癥腦損傷患者腦功能評(píng)價(jià)中的作用也越來越受到重視。腦電圖聯(lián)合其他檢查對(duì)腦功能的評(píng)價(jià)可能較單用腦電圖更有優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文就近年來腦電圖在重癥腦損傷后腦功能評(píng)價(jià)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Severe neurological dysfunction often occurs in patients with severe brain injury due to severe damage to the brain structure, and the prognosis is poor. It is of great clinical significance to evaluate the brain function and predict the prognosis of this kind of patients. As one of the representative noninvasive and real-time electrophysiological monitoring tools, EEG can sensitively reflect the changes of brain function and predict the prognosis of patients. At present, not only the grading standard of EEG in patients with severe brain injury has been improved, but also the role of quantitative EEG in the evaluation of brain function in patients with severe brain injury has been paid more and more attention. EEG combined with other tests may have more advantages than EEG alone in evaluating brain function. This article reviews the recent progress of EEG in the evaluation of brain function after severe brain injury.
