【摘要】：正病例男,68歲;以"6 d前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)左下肢乏力、跛行,不能抬離床面"為主訴就診,偶有頭暈、頭脹痛,可自行緩解。查體基本情況:體溫36.5℃、血壓145/90 mmHg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa)、脈搏70次/min、呼吸節(jié)律18次/min;神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)檢查:意識(shí)清楚,語(yǔ)言確切,右側(cè)肢體肌力為Ⅴ級(jí),左上肢肌力Ⅳ級(jí),左下肢肌力為Ⅱ級(jí),痛、觸溫度覺(jué)較對(duì)側(cè)及腹部減退。病理反射:左側(cè)Babinski征弱陽(yáng)性,余病理反射為陰性。實(shí)驗(yàn)
