【摘要】：正該文揭示高血壓患者同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)與腦卒中的關(guān)系。方法:采用前瞻性隊(duì)列研究設(shè)計(jì),對深圳市南山區(qū)60個社區(qū)的高血壓患者5488例進(jìn)行基線調(diào)查和平均2.7年隨訪。Hcy采用循環(huán)酶法檢測,腦卒中包括ICD-10編碼中I60~I64的類型,根據(jù)患者的院前癥狀、頭顱電子計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃
