【摘要】：正認(rèn)知功能障礙是腦卒中后患者常見的一種功能障礙,是腦組織局部病變或者受損而產(chǎn)生的對知覺、記憶、注意力、定向、思維等認(rèn)知功能的損害。其中注意力是完成任何認(rèn)知加工的基礎(chǔ),貫穿于認(rèn)知的整個過程,注意力缺陷會影響其他認(rèn)知能力及運動功能的康復(fù)。如果患者在康復(fù)過程中沒有正常的注意力,就會影響對康復(fù)過程中所需信息的理解能力,因此腦損傷后運動、感覺等功能的康復(fù)也會受到不同程度的影響。
[Abstract]:Positive cognitive dysfunction is a common functional disorder in stroke patients. It is a kind of impairment of cognitive function such as perception, memory, attention, orientation, thinking and so on, which is caused by local lesion or injury of brain tissue. Attention is the basis of any cognitive processing and runs through the whole cognitive process. Attention deficit will affect the rehabilitation of other cognitive abilities and motor functions. If the patient does not have normal attention during the rehabilitation process, it will affect the ability of understanding the information needed in the rehabilitation process. Therefore, the rehabilitation of motor, sensory and other functions after brain injury will also be affected to varying degrees.
