【摘要】：目的用圓形分布法分析浙江省桐鄉(xiāng)市腦卒中發(fā)病季節(jié)和時(shí)間規(guī)律。方法通過(guò)浙江省慢性病監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)共收集桐鄉(xiāng)市2010-2014年缺血性和出血性腦卒中患者10 565例,運(yùn)用圓形分布法分析腦卒中的發(fā)病季節(jié)和時(shí)間規(guī)律。結(jié)果兩類腦卒中發(fā)病均有季節(jié)性差異,缺血性腦卒中夏季高發(fā),出血性腦卒中冬季高發(fā)。缺血性腦卒中2010-2013年各年發(fā)病無(wú)明顯集中趨勢(shì),2014年及5年合計(jì)發(fā)病有明顯集中趨勢(shì),且存在平均角,合計(jì)平均角160.949°(Z=7.061,P0.001),相當(dāng)于6月12日;出血性腦卒中相反,2010-2013年各年及5年合計(jì)發(fā)病均有明顯集中趨勢(shì),5年合計(jì)平均角為17.708°(Z=44.998,P0.001),相當(dāng)于1月18日,2014年出血性腦卒中發(fā)病無(wú)集中趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論桐鄉(xiāng)市腦卒中發(fā)病有明顯季節(jié)性,冬季好發(fā)出血性腦卒中,夏季好發(fā)缺血性腦卒中,在腦卒中防治工作中要充分考慮其發(fā)病的季節(jié)特點(diǎn),并采取相應(yīng)措施,降低腦卒中發(fā)病率和致殘率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the seasonal and temporal regularity of stroke in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province by circular distribution method. Methods A total of 10 565 patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke from 2010 to 2014 in Tongxiang City were collected by Zhejiang Province chronic Disease Surveillance system. The seasonal and temporal patterns of stroke were analyzed by circular distribution method. Results there were seasonal differences between the two types of stroke. The incidence of ischemic stroke was high in summer and hemorrhagic stroke in winter. The incidence of ischemic stroke had no significant trend in each year from 2010 to 2013, but the incidence of ischemic stroke in 2014 and 5 years had a significant trend of concentration, and there was an average angle of 160.949 擄Zong 7.061 (P 0.001), which was equivalent to 12 June. On the contrary, the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke in different years and 5 years from 2010 to 2013 showed an obvious trend of concentration, and the average angle of five year total was 17.708 擄ZH 44.998g P 0.001g, which was equivalent to January 18. There was no trend of concentrated incidence of hemorrhagic stroke in 2014. Conclusion the incidence of cerebral apoplexy in Tongxiang city is obviously seasonal. The seasonal characteristics of stroke should be taken into account in the prevention and treatment of cerebral apoplexy, and the corresponding measures should be taken in the prevention and treatment of cerebral apoplexy, such as haemorrhagic stroke in winter and ischemic stroke in summer. Reduce the incidence of stroke and disability rate.
