【摘要】：正患者女,20歲,因"右下肢無力6個月,左下肢無力2周,加重1周"于2016年9月入院�；颊哂�6個月前出現(xiàn)右下肢無力,可行走,偶有右下肢針刺樣疼痛,持續(xù)數(shù)秒緩解,逐漸出現(xiàn)大便干燥、難解,排尿等待時間延長。2周前突然出現(xiàn)右下肢無力加重,伴左下肢無力,大小便等待時間較前明顯延長,偶有小便失禁。1周前雙下肢無力再次加重,完全不能活動,1 d前出現(xiàn)大小便完全失禁,有胸悶及胸部束
[Abstract]:The patient, 20 years old, was admitted to hospital in September 2016 because of "6 months of weakness in the right lower extremity, 2 weeks of weakness in the left leg, and 1 week of aggravation."The patient developed weakness of the right lower extremity 6 months ago, walking, occasionally acupuncture pain of the right lower extremity, lasting several seconds to relieve, gradually appeared dry stool, difficult to understand, the waiting time of urination was prolonged for 2 weeks, the weakness of the right lower limb suddenly increased.Accompanied by weakness of left lower extremity, waiting time for defecation and urination was obviously prolonged, weakness of both legs was aggravated again before 1 week of urinary incontinence, complete incontinence occurred 1 day ago, chest tightness and chest bundle were found in patients with complete incontinence.
