【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用磁共振磁敏感加權(quán)成像(SWI)評(píng)價(jià)高血壓患者腦微出血(CMBs)的臨床特點(diǎn)。方法隨機(jī)收集該院2014年9月至2016年5月住院患者80例,其中高血壓患者45例,對(duì)照組(非高血壓患者)35例。患者均行磁共振成像(MRI)序列、SWI序列檢查。分析并統(tǒng)計(jì)入選患者SWI序列上CMBs的位置及數(shù)量。結(jié)果 80例患者共發(fā)現(xiàn)CMBs灶共514個(gè),其中高血壓組433個(gè),對(duì)照組81個(gè),兩組CMBs在大腦分布上有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(t=3.427,P0.05)。高血壓組CMBs主要分布在基底節(jié)區(qū)(39%)。高血壓組存在CMBs的患者與非CMBs的患者在平均收縮壓、平均舒張壓、高血壓年限上并無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。高血壓組CMBs的數(shù)目與收縮壓、舒張及高血壓年限并無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 CMBs在高血壓患者中有較高的發(fā)生率,并有一定的分布特點(diǎn),多分布在基底節(jié)區(qū)。CMBs的數(shù)目與收縮壓、舒張壓、病史長短無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical characteristics of cerebral microhemorrhage (CMBs) in hypertensive patients by magnetic resonance magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging (MRI).Methods from September 2014 to May 2016, 80 inpatients were randomly selected, including 45 patients with hypertension and 35 patients without hypertension.All patients were examined with MRI sequence and SWI sequence.The position and quantity of CMBs on SWI sequence of selected patients were analyzed and counted.Results A total of 514 CMBs foci were found in 80 patients, including 433 in hypertension group and 81 in control group. There was a significant difference in brain distribution of CMBs between the two groups (P 0.05).CMBs was mainly distributed in basal ganglia in hypertension group.The mean systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and hypertension duration in patients with CMBs and non- were not statistically significant (P 0.05).There was no correlation between the number of CMBs and systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and hypertension years in hypertensive group.Conclusion there is a high incidence of CMBs in hypertensive patients, and there is no correlation between the number of .CMBs distributed in basal ganglia and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, history of hypertension.
