【摘要】：正結(jié)節(jié)病(sarcoidosis)是一種原因不明的非干酪樣壞死性上皮細胞肉芽腫為病理特征的系統(tǒng)性疾病~([1,2]),主要累及肺及淋巴結(jié),也可表現(xiàn)為多系統(tǒng)受累,女性多于男性,其臨床癥狀多不典型,易致漏診、誤治,活檢組織病理學檢查是目前確診結(jié)節(jié)病的金標準~([3,4])。僅3.5%~5%的結(jié)節(jié)病累及神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)~([5,6]),即神經(jīng)結(jié)節(jié)病,其中50%~75%可導致顱神經(jīng)病變,以面神經(jīng)麻痹最常見~([7]),其中第V、VI、IX、X對顱神經(jīng)很少受累~([8,9])。現(xiàn)報道1例以多顱神經(jīng)損害為首發(fā)表現(xiàn)的神經(jīng)結(jié)節(jié)病。1病歷資料患者,女性,55歲,因"雙下肢乏力6 d,雙眼瞼閉合不全、聲嘶4 d余"于2016年7月30日入住南昌大學第二附屬
[Abstract]:It is for sarcoidosis (sarcoidosis) pathological features of systemic disease is an unexplained non caseating epithelial cell granuloma ~ ([1,2]), mainly involving the lung and lymph nodes, but also can be expressed as multi system involvement, more women than men, the clinical symptoms are not typical, easily lead to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis of sarcoidosis ~ ([3,4]). Sarcoidosis nervous system only 3.5%~5% ~ ([5,6]), which can lead to nerve sarcoidosis, which 50%~75% cranial nerve lesions, with facial nerve paralysis is the most common ~ ([7]), the V, VI, IX, X of cranial nerve rarely involved ~ ([8,9]).
