【摘要】：腦疾病是我國乃至全球人口健康領(lǐng)域正面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。盡快部署腦疾病研究的中長期戰(zhàn)略具有重大意義,將顯著提升我國在該領(lǐng)域的國際競爭力,促進(jìn)相關(guān)學(xué)科的發(fā)展以及新技術(shù)和新治療途徑的開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)腦疾病的精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療。腦疾病的研究正在從分子細(xì)胞機(jī)理、介觀網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制、生物標(biāo)記物與分子分型、影像診斷和治療策略研發(fā)等多個層面推進(jìn),其中介觀網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究是當(dāng)前腦科學(xué)研究的新焦點(diǎn),將填補(bǔ)分子細(xì)胞機(jī)理和宏觀疾病癥狀之間的鴻溝�；谀X疾病的復(fù)雜性,非人靈長類動物可能是研究人類腦疾病的最優(yōu)模型,我國在該領(lǐng)域具有明顯優(yōu)勢;而腦疾病的早期診斷和早期干預(yù)是腦疾病治療的關(guān)鍵,我國有豐富的臨床資源庫,亟需建立國際規(guī)范化、全國統(tǒng)一化的采樣、處理、分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和共享的規(guī)則。此外,單細(xì)胞和單分子技術(shù)是微觀研究的新趨勢,也是精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),在解析復(fù)雜腦疾病機(jī)理方面具有重要的價值。
[Abstract]:Brain disease is a major challenge in the field of population health in China and the world.It is of great significance to deploy the medium- and long-term strategy of brain disease research as soon as possible, which will significantly enhance our country's international competitiveness in this field, promote the development of related disciplines and new technologies and new treatment approaches, and realize the accurate medical treatment of brain diseases.The research of brain diseases is advancing from molecular cellular mechanism, mesoscopic network mechanism, biomarkers and molecular typing, imaging diagnosis and treatment strategy development, etc. The intermediary network research is the new focus of brain science research.Will bridge the gap between molecular cellular mechanisms and macro-disease symptoms.Because of the complexity of brain diseases, non-human primates may be the best model for the study of human brain diseases, and our country has obvious advantages in this field, and the early diagnosis and early intervention of brain diseases is the key to the treatment of brain diseases.There are abundant clinical resources in our country, it is urgent to establish international standardization, unified sampling, processing, analysis standards and shared rules.In addition, single cell and single molecule technology is a new trend of microcosmic research, and also a key technology of precision medicine, which has important value in understanding the mechanism of complex brain diseases.
